Postpartum hair loss, stress, weather .. whatever the reason my studies show that WE'RE SHEDDING LIKE CRAZY! I know it's normal to shed hair after having a baby, but he's also constantly yanking my hair and honestly at this point I worry he might not have anything to yank on anymore. I'm shedding SO much. I looked into crazy intense ways to grow my hair but most of my research told me that I need to stimulate my roots to promote hair growth. In classic Take Care form, we decided to add a super easy, simple, no excuse root stimulator to bring our hair back!
Why use this?
What you will need
1 Aloe Vera leaf
1 tablespoon of ginger
Why this works
What to do
Blend your Aloe and ginger until you get a watery consistency. Strain the contents into a spray bottle, make sure you don't get any ginger chunks in there as they CAN burn. Spray and massage roots at night, cover with a slik scarf and wash out in the morning if you'd like. If you want to leave it in, you can do that also! Do this as little or as much as you'd like! Keep in mind, if you're sensitive it may tingle.
Although shedding is totally normal, it's killing me slowly. The amount of hair I lose per shower is a little terrifying so I'll be trying out many many things to grow this mane out! Please let me know in the comments if you have any tips! :D
