Although summer time in Arizona is finally over, we (I say we but I really mean ME) still are incredibly dependent on deodorant. Although this is great and all, sometimes our underarms need a break from all the junk we're putting on them. Now I love all natural products but I have yet to find an all natural deodorant that doesn't irritate my skin OR that does nothing and leaves me a sweaty mess within a few hours. Anyways, I will be showing you how to make a simple underarm detox that will give your underarms a nice break from the harsh chemicals. Okay so there's obviously tons of things apple cider cannot do, but it works in this scenario . Apple cider vinegar is a powerful ingredient that alkalizes the body and neutralizes bad bacteria like those in your armpits which can lead to a foul odor. The rosewater will soothe the sensitive skin and also add an additional scent since apple cider vinegar is a little intense. The Lavender is there for calming & for scent.
I use this detox everyday hours before I shower. I know most articles will tell you to do this after the shower and leave this overnight but my husband will murder me if I get into bed smelling like a tiny hint of apple cider vinegar.
